I loved the entire process and give Carvana customer service an A+ online, on the phone, and especially at the Frisco Texas car vending machine where Matt and Valentina were amazing! I’m disabled and driving again for the first time in years. I got my Nissan Murano SL yesterday there in Frisco. Shopping online is what I’ve had to do so shopping for a vehicle online was an obvious choice for me. Carvana gives detailed information about the car and the prepping for sale process. I got a great deal. My Murano was Carvana rated as a “great value” which is also explained; it got 4 new tires, and was serviced, comes with a 4000 + miles extended warranty from Carvana; and every scratch was pointed out and level of imperfections explained in the online photos provided (my vehicle had 3 level 1 scratches and, just as explained, are barely noticeable and obvious normal use wear – it’s a 2013)
Beyond the concept of the Carvana car online shopping, financing, and the really fun car vending machine experience, it’s the Carvana Customer Service that’s awesome! Every single person I interacted with – great! In person in Frisco Texas with Matt and Valentina I was treated very special. Thank you Matt and Val for making my car vending machine experience awesome fun in every way!

I work for dealer” so all car business is about money” they all BS. They sale car to make money. There is no honest in car business. When you go buy car do some research. In car business they don’t fell sorry for nobody’s” they care your money.

I just purchased my 2nd Carvana car. I have 5 referral cards, and one of my friends is about to buy. So I look at the cards, and in the fine print they say “not valid in AK, CA, HI, MD, NC, OH, OK, PA, TX VA, and Washington, DC. I live and bought my car in NC. Why would they even give me these useless referral cards??
