Don’t ever report an abusive client to Care personnel because they will believe the member who’s paying them and not the truth. They are NOT on the caregiver’s side. I did not buy a Premiere membership so I don’t count. They cancelled my account and the abusive client continues to solicit unwitting caregivers on this site. No justice here.

I was billed 78 dollars for I don’t know what. I paid for 3 months of services which ended and my card information is not even saved on mg online account. Therefore my card info was just used and billed because it was taken the last time I paid for services?! Nobody is picking up the phone when I call customer service. Please refund the money to my account.
