The way you set up Office 365 accounts on an iPhone has changed (very slightly) with iOS 10, so I’ve taken the opportunity to update our most popular Office 365 video.
In this video we’ll cover:
How to set up Office 365 email on iPhone via the iOS mail app.
How to set up Office 365 email on iPhone via Microsoft Outlook for iOS
I’m also throwing in a big plug for Outlook for iOS, for me it is hands down the best mail app for iOS. Hopefully you think so too 🙂

Does the Outlook app also handle tasks/Reminders?
Thank you for the video Elliot. One issue I’m having, Setting my wife’s phone up for her work) under the calendar accounts default setting, the exchange account isn’t listed, only her personal account, so I can’t select anything but the personal one. If she makes an appointment in the Office 365 calendar on her Surface it will show up in her iphone calendar but if she makesan appointment on her phone it will not show up on her surface in Office 365 calendar. Any thoughts on this?
Once I put in my email domain and password, my iphone 7s brought me to another page asking for the server, domain, etc. Any help?
I’ve setup hundreds of these accounts before but on the Iphone 7 Plus there is no mail options in the settings (I can search for it and find it, but under that Mail option there is no account option/place to add an account). Has something changed in the most recent software updates? This Iphone does have Outlook installed on it (the App) which I was able to add our 365 account to for a temporary fix.
How is this done with the INTUNE app?
I really needed this thanks !!!
Hey from freezing Canberra! Can I make this work without an exchange email account? (I have just signed up to office 365 yesterday but it’ll be a waste of time if I can’t access Outlook calendar on iPhone when I’m out and about with clients) I have an existing business email account.
