We review the Spectre camera app for iOS and test the app on several waterfalls. The Spectre camera app is made for the iPhone platform and it’s made by the same creators as the Halide app.
You can find the Spectre and Halide camera apps only in the iOS app store.

As always, great review. I purchased this app but have not tried it yet. It would be cool if you tested it with light trails!
Spectre claims to be able to “make people disappear” I bet using ND filters with slow shutter would yield similar results
It’s pretty good. The big plus is the ability to use it hand held over slow shutter cam my preferred long exposure app. I have tried it in low light situations and it’s okay but Cortex is better.
So all in all a good first one release.
Great review as always. Would love to hear if you have any comments of Spectre against my favourite app, namely NightCap Camera (formally NightCap Pro). Used it for the past few years and find it terrific in all areas of low light; including Light Trails, Long Exposure, Stars Mode, Star Trails Mode, ISS Mode and Meteor Mode.
I especially admire the fact of being honest in reviewing the app.
